What does the AEN task force do:
The task force came into being with the restructuring of the AEN Engineering Division, with the onset of the Corona crisis, by Professor Fritz. J. Neff.
Dr. Reinhard Bott and Dr. Thomas Herlan cooperate with Professor Fritz J. Neff. Each of these three senior consultants brings with them many years of experience from scientific work and their own entrepreneurial activities. Depending on the task or problem, further specialists are included in this team depending on the project.
The supporting assistance is mainly aimed at SMEs in our region. With the help of defined work packages, optimal solutions are developed step by step. The change processes involve not only the management, but also the workforce.
Important are 3 steps (these are shown here very genrealistically):

Consulting fees
Depending on the size of the company, the scope of the measures and the composition of the consulting team, the fees can be reduced by taking advantage of specific subsidies.
